The service is delivered over a microwave link and 1U demarcation NTU which are supplied, managed and kept under perpetual ownership/warranty by Nova.

In the event of a hardware problem, we will come on-site and replace the hardware at no cost under your SLA. The NTU has options for copper (RJ45) or optical (SFP) Ethernet presentation. This is monitored 24/7 by our NOC for any faults, which are pro-actively notified.

We will look after all aspects of your circuit delivery, from ordering, through finance and technical delivery. Once the circuit is tested, you will be issued with a handover email, outlining all of your settings, SLA contact details, etc. If you require provisioning support, our NOC is ready to help you bring the circuit online with your infrastructure.

Your IT staff will be given a 24/7 support number which will give you paging access to our NOC (Network Operations Centre) engineers for on-going support.

Standard installation of the above packages is €450. Minimum contract is 18 months.

This service is not comparable to standard retail broadband services as these feature no SLA and have no committed information rate (CIR).
